Eddie Pentis, Operations Manager of VPC Electric, was at my home today and was very thorough about finding the cause of our smoke detector issues. He went above and beyond just fixing that. Terry was also with him, and he installed a new ceiling light and gave great instruction on how to change the brightness, etc. Terry also installed a new GFCI outlet that was continually tripping. There was loose, burnt, or old wiring behind the outlet. Both electricians have great personalities and knowledge and seriously want to make sure all is done to customer satisfaction in every respect. Thank you, VPC, for hiring such dependable technicians.

Working with VPC was a great experience. VPC completed an EV charger install in my garage as well as added on a new interior outlet to an area where there was not already easy electrical to pull from. Eddie both quoted and completed the work and I could not have been more impressed. They showed up on time, completed the work ahead of timeline, and had fantastic communication. Eddie was incredibly prompt in providing a quote, which I appreciated, and there was no high pressure sales or badgering to move forward. The cost was very fair. The work was also done excellently. Eddie found a really straightforward way to pull electricity without a bunch of drywall destruction, explained everything he was doing, and could not have been more professional. VPC has more than earned my business for any electrical work I have in the future.

We are forever grateful for the expertise and professionalism at VPC Electric. They are always responsive and prompt with support. The entire team — Eddie, Bill, Terry, John, Jesse, Mikki, Amanda, and Jake — provided fantastic care and service to help us get our 1920s home updated with knob & tube removal and replacement with new circuits. The prior homeowners overlooked the necessity of code compliance in so many ways, and VPC made our home safer and more energy efficient. Rerouting the wiring through tight spaces was an incredible challenge, and this old house revealed unexpected surprises, but these guys got it all done efficiently and on time so we could proceed to our next project to install attic insulation. Eddie with VPC Electric was incredibly helpful. I had some work done a while ago, and I had planned on following up on it later, but when I went to do so, I found out that it wasn’t completely done the way I thought originally. Thankfully, VPC sent out someone to come check on it. While Eddie could have done the minimum, he realized that there was some extra work that could have been done to meet my expectations more and instead went above and beyond to make sure it happened!
