We had an electrical outage after business hours around 11 p.m. at night, and we were really desperate and called VPC. Tim answered right away and was extremely helpful with troubleshooting some ideas that may have caused the outage and how we could fix it. We couldn't figure it out right away, and he was actually about to head out to us when we tried a couple more things and were luckily able to get the issue resolved without needing him to come out.
