Excellent experience from start to finish! Highly recommend. Thank you to Mikki B. for being so friendly and coordinating schedules, Bill S., who came out for the estimate on very short notice and took time to explain exactly what needed to happen. Also, big thank you to Eddie P., the technician who took care of a trip hazard of an active electrical cord in an old double wide. Besides needing to get under the mobile home to work on electricity, he also took the cord out of the inside of the house while leaving no damage to the walls the cord fed through! Replaced an old breaker as well! All work done was efficient and professional. Top notch company. Thank you, thank you from the bottom of our hearts.

Eddie, Bill, and Terry did the on-site work, and they were outstanding. They were knowledgeable, thorough, respectful of our home, and took the time to explain what they were doing and why. The quality of their work was top-notch, and it was clear they take pride in doing things the right way. We felt confident and safe knowing the job was being handled by such skilled electricians. Mikki was amazing on the coordination side. She kept everything organized, communicated clearly, and made scheduling and next steps incredibly easy. Eddie with VPC Electric was incredibly helpful. I had some work done a while ago, and I had planned on following up on it later, but when I went to do so, I found out that it wasn’t completely done the way I thought originally. Thankfully, VPC sent out someone to come check on it. While Eddie could have done the minimum, he realized that there was some extra work that could have been done to meet my expectations more and instead went above and beyond to make sure it happened!

Amazing Customer Service and Integrity May 29, 2025

My initial contact with VPC was just prior to Memorial Day weekend. I spoke with Mikki and she respectfully listened to my issue, a breaker that would not reset, and explained how she was going to contact me after the holiday for an appointment. She listened with care about what my appointment parameters were. I was very pleasantly surprised to find that she kept her word and contacted me when she said she would, and we set up a time for a technician to come out and inspect the problem. Wow, I loved the customer service and the integrity of her follow-up. The day of the appointment, she kept in contact with me and bent over backwards to keep me informed of when the tech would arrive so I would not miss too much work. Amazing! When the tech arrived, Tim, he was very respectful of my home and explained what he was doing every step of the way in easy terms, yea! He jump-started the breaker, and we both heard a rather loud sound emanating from where he felt the radon fan would be. The breaker held; all my outlets began working well. Tim did voice concern about the radon fan being the culprit of causing the breaker to trip and felt it may be wearing out. At some point, the breaker itself may lose all ability to work, in which case it may need to be replaced. He did not charge me for the visit today, but promised to send an estimate for both items should the fan or the breaker wear out in the future. He was straightforward, honest, and to me, was more interested in earning my trust than making a quick sale. He has it! I am very glad to have an electrician that I can trust. I will make sure all my friends, my HOA, and my co-workers know about this company too. I highly recommend VPC because they have shown me that amazing customer service, integrity and keeping your word still mean something! Thank you, Tim and Mikki, for all you do! Yes, I heard the smile over the phone!

From the first contact with VPC Electric I had the pleasure of speaking with Mikki on the phone. Each and every time I needed to call with questions, payments, or anything else, Mikki was a pleasure to speak with. When Eddie came out to do the quote and look over the job, he was prompt, polite, and very attentive to every detail. Once the day of the appointment came, Mikki called to let me know that John the technician was on his way. When John arrived, he politely greeted me and introduced himself and asked to take a look at the work they were scheduled to do. On a couple of occasions John noticed something and quickly asked how I would like to proceed. I have used other electricians in the past but none of them could compare to how well VPC treated me. I do have other work to be done and will most definitely give VPC a call when the time arrives. Thank you again, Mikki, Eddie, and John. Who you are truly makes a difference.

Today John and Eddie came out to fix an electrical issue I'd had problems with for months. I spoke with Mikki first, who was incredibly nice and informative. She also set up text for me so that I could send pictures of the issue, as well as receive updates on their ETA. I called this morning, received texts throughout the day, and they arrived right on time! Eddie and John were insightful, hilarious, and incredibly informative. They drew up a free estimate and were able to fix the problem today! They showed me where the problem was, explaining the issue, and were incredibly informative. This is the best interaction I have ever had with an electrician, and I will be using their services in the future.

Beyond impressive company. Highly recommend! From the first call, the young woman, Mikki, who answered, really cared about my problem and went out of her way to help me find an answer. She is as delightful as they come. Next was Eddie Pentis, the electrician, who was excellent and extremely helpful in advice for my problem with the situation I was dealing with. I was so impressed by this company and these incredible employees. They were the only electrical company who were interested in helping me (after contacting about four others) and totally went out of their way to do so. Absolutely... the best! I challenge anyone to find a better electric company. Thanks to all there who helped me out!
