Eddie Pentis, Operations Manager of VPC Electric, was at my home today and was very thorough about finding the cause of our smoke detector issues. He went above and beyond just fixing that.
Terry was also with him, and he installed a new ceiling light and gave great instruction on how to change the brightness, etc. Terry also installed a new GFCI outlet that was continually tripping. There was loose, burnt, or old wiring behind the outlet.
Both electricians have great personalities and knowledge and seriously want to make sure all is done to customer satisfaction in every respect.

My husband, Wayne White, and I were experiencing a smoke alarm in our home (that is wired in) chirping, screeching, and screaming on the morning of November 13th. It would not stop. We thought when we called for help, it might take days or longer.
